Since 1931, Union Market has been home to merchants and mavens of the Capitol City. Located just to the east of the new NOMA neighborhood in Washington, D.C. the recently renovated UM has quickly become a hub for the discerning shopper. With a unique mix of eateries and vendors – from oysters to handcrafted knives – you can stroll through the market and find the freshest of produce, meat and sundries while discovering sophisticated artisan brands. Moore & Giles is a regular staple of Thread, a curated pop-up shopping event at the market that brings together independent designers and retailers from across all categories: menswear, womenswear, accessories, home goods and beauty. Thread has been called a ‘game-changing’ event for the DC shopping scene.

This year we stocked the Moore & Giles Airstream with some of our best-selling bags and accessories for the short trip up Route 29. We set up shop alongside some great brands and, even better, some great people – like our friends at Faherty and Follain.
