How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will refund you within 14 business days. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Can I return something I purchased from a store?
All product purchased from retailers can only be returned to the store the item was purchased from.
How long do I have to return my item?
If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, you will have 30 Calendar Days from the time of delivery to send the order back.
How soon will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive your original item, we will process your exchange within 14 business days. If your exchange has a balance, we will refund you the difference or contact you for payment.
What items cannot be returned?
Final Sale Items: Last Chance items, gift cards, cleaning products and kits, and personalized items are all final sale.
