Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We strive to provide you with the level of quality you have come to expect from Moore & Giles. Using our complimentary refurbishment program, we can condition your bag’s leather, touch-up the edge coating, replace zipper pulls or even tighten stitches as needed. If there are other areas requiring attention, we are happy to review for possible repair. Please note, there may be an accompanying fee, which would be communicated prior to the return of your bag.
