I purchased this item for my husband, who travels each month. It was a greatly appreciated gift and will certainly be used. I wish the case was a bit longer, though, to accommodate extra long ties. The customer service representative with whom I spoke for information prior to making this purchase was very honest in relaying that my husband’s folding the tie might be necessary. The representative was very helpful and responsive.
