Our Traynham Sofa is made to order and begins production once your order is placed. Please be aware of a longer lead time due to individualized production.

Care & Cleaning
Your furniture will need minimal care. The aging process will showcase the leather’s natural beauty. Maintenance is only required when unusual circumstances occur, such as large watermarks, scratches and ink marks. Light dirt or scuffs can be cleaned with a soft dry brush or towel. Our natural leather cleaner can be used on heavier spills or stains. The leather’s natural burnishing and darkening will gradually envelop accidental discolorations. Using water or soap on the chair will not hurt the leather and will remove the stain; however, it may slightly darken the affected area.
White Glove Delivery
A customer care representative will contact you after reservation to discuss delivery details. Our handcrafted furniture is very special and requires unique delivery procedures. After your order, we will be in touch directly about shipping details, cost and options.
Return Policy
We stand behind the workmanship and integrity of our products. Moore & Giles products are made with the highest standards and rigorous quality assurance in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your chair, please notify us within 72 hours from the arrival of the chair. Our customer care team will arrange for the pick-up and return of your chair. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. Chairs are non-returnable beyond 72 hours.
